We ship via DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, and ePacket, and we will choose the most suitable shipping method based on your delivery address.

Any customs duties or import taxes will be fully covered by us—you won’t have to pay extra.


1. Processing Time

Each piece of jewelry is carefully prepared and packaged with meticulous attention to detail. We take up to 3 business days to process your order before it is ready for shipping.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect, prepare, and package your jewelry with care.
  • Shipping Notification: After your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey.

2. Shipping Time & Fees

We offer both standard and express shipping options:
  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $12.90 for orders under $129, with delivery typically taking 10-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $19.90 with a faster delivery timeframe of 6-9 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $129 to the U.S. and Canada.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that express shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress. You can also track your order using your order number directly on our website for real-time updates. Should you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@aucoool.com.

AUCOOOL ships to various countries worldwide. Here are the general shipping timeframes:
  • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days for standard shipping; 6-9 business days for express shipping.
  • Europe: 10-15 business days.
  • Asia-Pacific: 7-10 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 business days.
